Whitehall Winery

Happy Winery Wednesday everyone! Today I wanted to write about my experience at Whitehall Winery. Last month I attended the “By the Stem” event and afterwards I headed over to Whitehall with Cassie (@bythemstem), Elle (@themodernpour) and Jaclyn (@jaclynmisch).

We were greeted right away with a glass of wine in their main tasting room and then we took a walk through their wine barrel room. As you all know I love barrel rooms and think they are gorgeous! At Whitehall they had an adorable vespa with an attached sidecar. Of course Jaclyn and I saw the perfect photo op for our girl’s date wine tasting!

We had the whole room to ourselves as it was almost right at the time they close and it was so fun to all chat. It was the first day I met both Cassie and Elle it was great to meet in real life (and not just on Instagram)!! gI68YN9oSuSaQQS1C7x%gw.jpg

Through the tasting we tried four of their red wines under the “Winery Exclusive Flight”option. We started with the 2016 Las Brisas 100% Pinot Noir which was very smooth on the pallet and would be perfect to sip on while hanging out or cooking dinner. Next we tried the 2016 Syrah, (93% Syrah and 7% Viognier), then we moved onto the 2014 Mancino Lanciatore 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (delish!!), and then we finished our tasting with the 2014 100% Petit Verdot from Napa Valley.  I truly enjoyed all of the wines we tasted.

Whitehall Lane is located right off of Highway 29 in Napa and the perfect stop to have a wine tasting while adventuring through the valley. Enjoy winos!

Cheers,

XOXO BB
