Cheese and Charcuterie…need I say more?

Exploring Napa has been an amazing opportunity and my love for wine is definitely growing! I enjoy learning all the information I can to truly appreciate the process of what goes into making what is in each glass of wine.  Not only have I been tasting some amazing wine, but trying some delicious cheese and charcuterie boards!

Learning how to pair certain wines with different cheese and charcuterie is so interesting and not to mention so delicious! Here is a little collage of some of my favorite cheese and charcuterie boards and where to get them! (Not a lot of them are photographed as I am normally too excited to start indulging before I take a photo, but I will be taking more and adding to this list!)

The beautiful cheese and charcuterie boards are from Pangloss Cellars in Downtown Sonoma. They were perfect for our group for a “girls day” out wine tasting.

This gigantic plate (left) is from Cliff Lede Winery during a private tasting and luncheon event I attended  earlier this summer. Talk about a great appetizer!

This delicious board (right) is from Andaz Napa in downtown. Their bar is known for the food, great wine list, and amazing craft cocktails.

On your next trip to Napa, make sure to visit the Oxbow downtown and get one of these huge boards from “Oxbow Cheese & Wine Merchant.” We loved sitting outside on the picnic tables enjoying wine, food, and great conversation.

I hope you are able to add a couple of these great places to try wine, cheese & charcuterie to your Wine Country list!

Cheers!
